This experience is designed to calm and balance the central nervous system and support you on your personal journey of growth and transformation.

The Yoga studio is dimly lit and illuminated with candles while relaxing music plays softly in the background.

Class begins in a comfortable position where you will be led through a breath awareness exercise to help you find your calm, quiet center.

You are then taken through a quiet, reflective process of identifying something you would like to see different or better in your life. Your personal mantra is created and you will explore how to use your mantra, breath, and movement to consciously create positive change.

Long deep breaths are linked to slow flowing movement, creating a moving meditative experience. You will be introduced to techniques to manage stress and pain, and learn how to be less reactionary when feeling challenged.

For the last 30 minutes, you will lie down in a comfortable supported position on your back where you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation. It is here where you will go to a place between being awake and being asleep, the “twilight zone” where you will make lasting, positive changes on a deeper level.

Blankets and pillows are available, however, feel free to bring your own to ensure your comfort. Eye masks or eye pillows are a nice addition too. Dress in layers as your body temperature may fluctuate.
